Welcome to Image and Sketch Galleries featuring the work
of the members of the Okanagan Centre of the
Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.
We hope you will enjoy this display which shows some of the
wonders of the Universe, most of them captured in the Okanagan skies.
The galleries are part of the role of RASC centres to assist members
of the public to become more familiar with astronomy.
Also included are collections of photos showing the club's own
Okanagan Observatory located near Big White Mountain east of Kelowna,
special projects such as the Pen Henge solstice and equinox stone array
on Munson Mountain near Penticton, and work toward establishing similar
projects in the Vernon area.
