The April 8th, 2024 total solar eclipse as seen through (unfortunately) very cloudy skies south of Dallas Texas. Photographed with a Canon 5DS R camera body and a Canon 200-400mm f/4.0 lens with the built in 1.4 converter making it a 560mm f/5.6 lens. The exposures for each image varied with the individual brightnesses of each image due to shifting cloud cover. Post processed in Adobe Photoshop.
