CTB-1, the Medulla Nebula and SH2-170, the Little Rosette Nebula


The Medulla is the remnants of a star that went supernova approximately 10000 years ago and is extremely faint, it took a lot of exposure time to capture this. The Little Rosette is an emission nebula around 7500 light years away and it being lit up by the radiation from a star near the center.
