Gellatly Barn
I really wanted to get out for some milky way shots this year and had just learned about a light painting technique so I went out to scout some possible spots close to home. One of the places I went was the Gellatly Heritage Cemetery, this barn they restored looks really cool and is in a really great location. I asked the park if it would be ok to come back after closing and they said yes so I went back later that night with a Nikon D5300, a Samyang 14mm f2 lens, and a tripod.
Sky: 6 x 25 second exposures ISO 4000
Foreground: 10 x 10 second exposures ISO 250
For each foreground exposure, I used a headlamp shining around from different angles to light up the scene and blended them all together in Photoshop. Sky stacked in Sequator
