This cluster is beautiful every way I have looked at it, through binoculars, through a few telescopes, naked eye, and in photos. Recently learned about a tiny spiral galaxy hidden in the dust that is often overlooked, UGC 2838 is located just below the star electra in this shot(bright star in the lower part of the image left of centre) and is over 300 million light years away.




Took me four nights to get seven hours on this due to clouds. Pretty excited to have this on my list this year, haven't imaged it since I started out a few years ago.
