Located in the neck of the swan in the constellation Cygnus approximately 6000 light years away. Slightly above and to the right of the 'tulip', a small arc can be seen, this is the bowshock created by the suspected black hole, Cygnus X-1, shooting out jets of particles.

This was taken over three nights in June 2022 from my backyard in Glenrosa using 300 second exposures for a total of 14 hours 5 minutes. I used an Astro-Tech AT72EDii Apo at f4.8 with an ASI2600MC Pro camera on a Sirius EQ-G mount and a William Optics Z61 Apo at f5.9 with a Nikon D5300 camera on a Skywatcher EQ6-R Pro mount. Used Pixinsight and Photoshop to stack and process the image.
