The “Tulip” nebula
Photographed September 7th, 2024 from my Bortle 5-6 backyard in Kelowna British Columbia. I used my Celestron C-14 Edge with a Celestron .7 reducer on a CGX-L mount with a ZWO 6200MC Pro camera and a Radian quad band narrow band filter. The imaging session was guided with a ZWO off axis guider and a ZWO 290 mini guide camera and everything was controlled by an ASI Air Plus controller. I captured 44 four minute exposures and the data was post processed with the calibration frames in Pixinsight and Photoshop.
