Comet C/2017 TW meets M81 and 82
This is the picture that almost wasn't. On the night of May 23, 2020 Comet PanStarrs C/2017 T2 paid a visit to M81 and M82. Brief breaks in cloud and haze cover before the target went behind a roof line around 1am allowed only six useable 3 minute captures of the meet-up using a Borg 4" apo and a modified Canon XSi camera operating at ISO 1600 which were processed in ImagesPlus. The comet is to the right and the 'extra' galaxy near the top is NGC 3077.
