NGC 3628

NGC 3628

NGC3628 is also known as the Hamburger Galaxy. This galaxy is an unbarred spiral galaxy that lies about 35 million light years away in the constellation of Leo. The galaxy is the 3rd member of the Leo Triplet. This cropped RGB image was captured in my front yard over several winter nights in April and edited in May. It contains over 8.5 hours of exposure time using 30, 45 and 60 second subs.
