The Squid Nebula
The Squid Nebula, as photographed from a Bortle 1 night sky in, “Likely” California over numerous nights in September of 2025 using my Celestron C-14 with a Starizona Hyperstar optical attachment on a CGX-L mount. I imaged with a ZWO 6200MC camera and a Radian Quad band narrow band filter and the shooting session was controlled by an ASI Air Plus controller and guided by a Prima Luce guide scope and a ZWO 129 mini guide camera. I captured 148 three minute each exposures for a total of seven and a half hours post processed in Pixinsight and Photoshop.”
