Comet Lovejoy
This image of Comet Lovejoy was captured on January 19, 2015 from Summerland using a Borg 101ED apo in astrograph mode at f4.3. A run of 60 ninety second exposures were taken with a modified Canon XSi camera at ISO 1600 in changing cloud conditions and 18 of the clearest were selected in ImagesPlus in preparing the final image.
