Much was being made of November 14, 2016's exceptionally large perigee full moon, but cloud obscured its closest approach. The shot on the right was taken when clouds thinned in the wee hours of the morning. An apogee full moon is shown for comparison. Both taken camera-on-tripod with a Panasonic FZ-200.
